GERMANY

We spent seven days cruising Europe on the A-ROSA SENA over Christmas, and we absolutely loved it. It was much smaller and more intimate than the ocean cruises we're used to but the rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the whole trip just felt really relaxing. The ports were amazing, and on Christmas Eve, Santa even came onboard and handed out gifts to all the kids!

The SENA is also surprisingly great for families. It has a dedicated Kids Club, and even though Chloe was only 1, we could stay and play with her there—and we ended up going almost every day. They also have a limited number of larger family cabins that sleep up to five and are right next to the Kids Club. We didn't book early enough to get one, but we made friends with a family who let us see theirs, and it was SO cute.

This was such an easy way to see Europe with a young child. We'd explore a new city, visit Christmas Markets and then come back to the ship to eat, play and relax without constantly packing up and changing hotels. Cruising with families is honestly the best way to travel if you want a stress free vacation! We would absolutely do this cruise again!
